Frequently Asked Questions?

Why submit a consult form?

Your readiness for brow, eyeliner, lip, scalp, paramedical, or tiny tattoo services is our priority!

Filling out your initial online consultation form is the first step towards getting your tattoo service at London Aesthetics Clinic, initiating the consultation process by connecting you with one of our talented artists who will review your personal history and tattoo goals!

It’s important to us that you have the opportunity to ask questions, understand the process, and feel confident that you’re aligned with your artist, in aesthetic goals and envisioning the amazing results to come together!

We care about your unique needs and goals, so filling out our online consultation form in as much detail as possible helps us tailor the experience specifically for you, and set realistic expectations for you and your artist.

It’s also a chance to discuss costs and timing to allow you to confidently book your appointment.

We want you to feel informed and excited about your journey!

What to expect after filling out your consult form?

Once you fill out our consult form, our team will review your information and match you with one of our artists who will take their time to understand your personal history and goals and map out the best path forward. If they have any additional questions, they will reach out by phone or email, or ask you to come visit us in person to see your scar/brows/etc. if needed. It’s important to us that we have everything to deliver the very best result.

After that, we’ll provide you with pricing for your tattoo service, including the timeline, total number of expected treatments, healing and aftercare process. You’ll respond with any questions or clarifications you need until you also feel confident that you have everything you need to proceed!

When you’re ready, we’ll help you schedule the first appointment. During this initial session, the artist will go over all the details before starting the treatment (which is sometimes the longest part of the appointment, since we’ll never start until you’re 100% confident and say the word!) For cosmetic procedures, we measure, map, select colours and make sure you’re happy with the shape and every detail. For tiny tattoos, we’ll draw, print and place the outline on your body, ensuring everything is exactly right from size to angle.

Is there any obligation to book an appointment after a consult?

Consultations are 100% free at London Aesthetics Clinic and come with no obligation to book an appointment afterward. The online consultation form is designed to give you an idea of what’s possible for your specific area of concern. Booking an appointment for a tattoo service is entirely based on your comfort level and readiness. Any pricing provided will be valid for 12 months (special offers/sales excluded).
